Wake Up, America: Forced vaccinations, quarantine camps, health care interrogations and mandatory "decontaminations"

(NaturalNews) The United States of America is devolving into medical fascism and Massachusetts is leading the way with the passage of a new bill, the "Pandemic Response Bill" 2028, reportedly just passed by the MA state Senate and now awaiting approval in the House. This bill suspends virtually all Constitutional rights of Massachusetts citizens and forces anyone "suspected" of being infected to submit to interrogations, "decontaminations" and vaccines.

It's also sets fines up to $1,000 per day for anyone who refuses to submit to quarantines, vaccinations, decontamination efforts or to follow any other verbal order by virtually any state-licensed law enforcement or medical personnel. Here's some of the language contained in the bill:

(Violation of 4th Amendment: Illegal search and seizure)

During either type of declared emergency, a local public health authority... may exercise authority... to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises; to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be
decontaminated any building or facility; to destroy any material; to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;

(Violation of 14th Amendment; illegal arrest without a warrant)

...an officer authorized to serve criminal process may arrest without a warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order given to effectuate the purposes of this subsection and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. [Gunpoint]

(Government price controls)

The attorney general, in consultation with the office of consumer affairs and business regulation, and upon the declaration by the governor that a supply emergency exists, shall take appropriate action to ensure that no person shall sell a product or service that is at a price that unreasonably exceeds the price charged before the emergency.

"Involuntary Transportation" (also known as kidnapping)

Law enforcement authorities, upon order of the commissioner or his agent or at the request of a local public health authority pursuant to such order, shall assist emergency medical technicians or other appropriate medical personnel in the involuntary transportation of such person to the tuberculosis treatment center.

$1,000 / day in fines

Any person who knowingly violates an order, as to which noncompliance
poses a serious danger to public health as determined by the commissioner or the local public health authority, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars per day that the violation continues, or both.

Forced vaccinations

Furthermore, when the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction determines that either or both of the following measures are necessary to prevent a serious danger to the public health the commissioner or local public health authority may exercise the following authority: (1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis to individuals as protection against communicable disease...

Forced quarantine for those who refuse (illegal imprisonment without charge)

An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public health authority operating within its jurisdiction.

Arrest for refusal to be "decontaminated"

If an individual is unable or unwilling to submit to decontamination or procedures necessary for diagnosis, the decontamination or diagnosis procedures may proceed only pursuant to an order of the superior court... During the time necessary to obtain such court order, such individual may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal to submit to decontamination or diagnosis procedures poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health.

Interrogation

When the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction reasonably believes that a person may have been exposed to a disease or condition that poses a threat to the public health, in addition to their authority under section 96 of chapter 111, the commissioner or the local public health authority may detain the person for as long as may be reasonably necessary for the commissioner or the local public health authority, to convey information to the person regarding the disease or condition and to obtain contact information... If a person detained under subsection (1) refuses to provide the information requested, the person may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health...

Forced isolation and quarantine

An order for isolation or quarantine may include any individual who is unwilling or unable to undergo vaccination, precautionary prophylaxis, medical treatment, decontamination, medical examinations, tests, or specimen collection and whose refusal of one or more of these measures poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health.

Forced entry into any home or building...

There's a lot more in this bill, including language that allows Mass. police to enter any home or building without a search warrant, to destroy any object or building they suspect may pose a threat to public safety, to order the closing and / or decontamination of any facility using highly toxic chemical decontamination agents, and to arrest, detain and interrogate anyone who gets in their way.

Meanwhile, all state law enforcement and medical personnel are granted complete immunity from prosecution for their part in violating your Constitutional rights. So if they violate your right to due process, or they accidentally destroy your home, or they kill your family dog because they suspect it might be infected, you have absolutely zero recourse.

Under this bill, Massachusetts becomes a medical police state. There is no debating it. It's all written, clear as day, in this law: The citizens of Massachusetts will have no rights, period. The Constitution is ancient history. You are now the property of the State.

Kiss your freedoms goodbye

Massachusetts, it seems, has never met a vaccine it didn't like. This is the same state that rounded up the parents of schoolchildren who hadn't been vaccinated, then corralled them into a courtroom (with attack dogs standing guard outside) and forced vaccine injections onto all the schoolchildren under the threat of jail time for parents who resisted.

Remember, readers, that this is all taking place in the "land of the free," a nation that former President George Bush claimed was so envied around the world that terrorists attacked America because they "hate freedom" and wanted to destroy our way of life. But terrorists need no help attacking freedom as long as Massachusetts is in the vaccine game, because this latest form of "gunpoint medicine" destroys freedom for everyday Americans in a way that terrorists could have never hoped to accomplish with all the bombs in the world.

Massachusetts, it seems, has done what terrorists could not: It has turned "free" Americans into medical slave subjects who no longer have any freedom to decide the details of their own medical care. All options have been stripped from them but one: The Big Pharma option. That's the one that involves using untested, unproven and potentially dangerous vaccines that could paralyze you or even kill you. All to defend you against a virus that's so weak, almost anyone with decent levels of vitamin D and basic nutrition can resist the virus without incident.

But Massachusetts, as you'll see below, is just the beginning. It turns out that the whole nation could soon find itself under a similar forced vaccination policy...

Isolation camps, forced vaccinations and more

In 2006, former President George Bush signed into law the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP). It gives power to the Secretary of the U.S. government's Health and Human Services department (HHS) to declare any infectious disease a "national emergency" and therefore require mandatory vaccination of the entire population. Because of the existence of this PREP Act, the entire population of the USA is now but one pen stroke away from being subjected to mandatory swine flu vaccinations at gunpoint.

Those who resist such vaccines will be arrested and taken away for "isolation" in domestic prison camps. They can't just leave vaccine refusers free to live among the population, of course, because that would send the message that anyone can refuse the vaccines without consequence. So they'll arrest those who refuse the vaccine, labeling them "a threat to national security" (enemies of the state) and imprison them without trial, without charges and without any legal representation whatsoever.

Meanwhile, all those who take part in enforcing these crimes against the American people will be granted complete immunity. From the HHS website: "[the Secretary may] issue a declaration... that provides immunity from tort liability (except for willful misconduct) for claims of loss caused, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from administration or use of (vaccine or other pharmaceutical) countermeasures to diseases, threats and conditions determined by the Secretary to constitute a present, or credible risk of a future public health emergency..."

There are other laws already on the books that strip Americans of virtually all Constitutional rights in a "pandemic emergency" scenario. One such act is The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act (S. 3678), which probably merits another article altogether.

Have no illusions: At the stroke of a pen, the Constitutional rights of all Americans will be immediately suspended. Mandatory vaccinations and "decontaminations" will kick in and the mass arrest of resisters will begin. There will be no court, no trial, no jury and no due process. Your actions will be dictated to you by a law enforcement officer or a health care worker who has been granted complete immunity, so if you just happen to get kicked around a bit (or shot), there's really nothing you can do about it.

Some might argue these are necessary actions to save a nation from a deadly pandemic. And yet they forget that the pandemic has been intentionally allowed to worsen by censoring information about vitamin D and natural remedies that could stop it. Somebody at the top, in other words, wants this pandemic to get really bad, perhaps because it allows them to invoke precisely the draconian response I've outlined in this article. Seizing power in a Democracy cannot be accomplished by simply declaring war on the rights of the People. Rather, a situation must be engineered where the People are so desperate that they beg to be controlled. Releasing a pandemic into the wild is the perfect way to accomplish precisely that.

Timing

None of these laws will be invoked before the vaccines are ready in large numbers, of course. Part of the purpose in all this is to prop up Big Pharma profits with massive vaccination efforts, so until the vaccines are actually available, don't expect to see any declarations of a public emergency.

It might take until October or November before the vaccines are readily available in sufficient quantity to inject just half the U.S. population. But once that milestone is reached, a declaration of a pandemic emergency is imminent. Trust me on this point: They won't let all those hundreds of millions of vaccines sit around unused; they'll make sure they get injected into the People as soon as possible, because that's the only way to justify making more.

So the sequence of events we're likely to see here are:

#1) Waiting on vaccine manufacturing to procure at least 150 million doses in the U.S. Probable timeframe = October.

#2) Hyping up a few local swine flu breakouts in schools in order to justify step #3. Probable timeframe = November / December.

#3) Declaring a full-blown national emergency and announcing mandatory vaccinations for everyone (to use up the vaccines that are now available). Probable timeframe = January / February / March.

#4) If the disease continues to spread, this is when you'll see forced entry into homes and buildings, forced "decontamination" sprayings, widespread arrests and forced quarantine of resisters, Martial Law and a complete crackdown on freedoms (especially in the inner cities). This will likely continue through the winter until Spring arrives, bringing the sunshine that will suppress the virus around the May 2010 timeframe.

All this is written in black ink. It's already part of the pandemic response plan. Body bags, FEMA camps and much more.

Two years ago, this was all the domain of conspiracy theory "wingnuts." Now it's State law. Now it's being openly discussed in security conferences and health care meetings. What will we do when the hospital beds are full? How will we accomplish the "involuntary transportation" of those who are infected? Are there enough zip-tie handcuffs to go around? How do we disarm and arrest citizens who refuse to be vaccinated? How do we prevent National Guard troops from becoming infected themselves?

These are the questions circulating now at high levels, all across the world. And the answers are always the same: Abandon freedoms. Strip the People of any rights. Dictate from the top down and arrest anyone who gets in your way.

The truth on climate change

    There are people who would lead you to believe that you and I are responsible for climate change. However the truth is that for thousands and thousands of years the earth has went through these changes, some periods being very cold and others very hot. And on a natural level there is nothing man can do to stop it.
    Several factors can play into climate change. Volcanoes spew out billions, if not trillions, of tons of carbon dioxide each year. As the carbon dioxide is released into the air it displaces the oxygen and can cause the earth to heat up on a minor scale. After a major eruption ash can become lodged in the upper atmosphere of the earth blocking out the suns warming rays. This happened in the year 1816 often referred to as the year without a summer. In this event Mount Tambora, a super volcano in Indonesia, erupted causing a hardship on the entire world. Crops failed due to the unrelenting frosts. Many people died of starvation and hypothermia, but as time passed the earths temperatures returned to normal.
    Solar cycles also play a major part on the earths climate. Sun spots and solar flashes directly contribute to the earths surface temperature. During periods of an abundance of sun spots the earths temperature will be cooler. A cycle with above average solar flashes result in higher temperatures.
    Solar cycles and volcanic activity are the two main reasons for climate change. It has nothing to do with farting cows and very little to do with mans progression into industry. You could shut down every factory world wide, take every vehicle off the road, in fact you could take man completely out of the picture and you will still have climate change. You and I can not impact climate change in our day to day life.
    However, now man has made something that can. The High frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP).     This transmitter, when in use, concentrates a huge amount of energy into the earths ionosphere. The radiation emitted heats up the ionosphere pushing it further out into space. This in turn disrupts the jet streams that circulate warm and cold air around the earth. In other words, they are pushing boundaries on a major scale that man was not meant to tamper with.
    I do not know the true reason behind this device. I have done much research into the subject and I am confused as to its purpose. I do know that it is built on Department of Defense property, and in my mind this screams weapon. I am sure this device could easily take down a plane or missile. If you have ever seen what happens to aluminum foil inside a microwave oven, then you can imagine what a device of this size could do to an aircraft.
    HAARP also has the ability to jam all radio and television signals in most of the world. These radio waves don't just keep traveling into space. Most of the waves are reflected back to earth by the ionosphere that surrounds the earth. So unless you live in a lead lined bunker, you're body could be receiving unhealthy amounts radiation.
    So which do you think is unhealthier? A farting cow in Wyoming, or a giant radiation expeller in Alaska.

WHO AM I?

I was born in one country, raised in another. My father was born in another country. I was not his only child. He fathered several children with numerous women. I became very close to my mother, as my father showed no interest in me. My mother died at an early age from cancer.

Later in life, questions arose over my real name.

My birth records were sketchy and no one was able to produce a legitimate, reliable birth certificate.

I grew up practicing one faith but converted to Christianity, as it was widely accepted in my country, but I practiced non-traditional beliefs & didn't follow Christianity, except in the public eye under scrutiny.

I worked and lived among lower-class people as a young adult, disguising myself as someone who really cared about them. That was before I decided it was time to get serious about my life and I embarked on a new career.

I wrote a book about my struggles growing up. It was clear to those who read my memoirs that I had difficulties accepting that my father abandoned me as a child.

I became active in local politics in my 30's then with help behind the scenes, I literally burst onto the scene as a candidate for national office in my 40s. They said I had a golden tongue and could talk anyone into anything. That reinforced my conceit.

I had a virtually non-existent resume, little work history, and no experience in leading a single organization. Yet I was a powerful speaker and citizens were drawn to me as though I were a magnet and they were small roofing tacks. I drew incredibly large crowds during my public appearances. This bolstered my ego. At first, my political campaign focused on my country's foreign policy... I was very critical of my country in the last war and seized every opportunity to bash my country. But what launched my rise to national prominence were my views on the country's economy. I pretended to have a really good plan on how we could do better and every poor person would be fed & housed for free.

I knew which group was responsible for getting us into this mess. It was the free market, banks & corporations... I decided to start making citizens hate them and if they were envious of others who did well, the plan was clinched tight. I called mine "A People's Campaign" and that sounded good to all people. I was the surprise candidate because I emerged from outside the traditional path of politics & was able to gain widespread popular support. I knew that, if I merely offered the people 'hope' , together we could change our country and the world.

So, I started to make my speeches sound like they were on behalf of the downtrodden, poor, ignorant to include "persecuted minorities" like the Jews. My true views were not widely known & I needed to keep them unknown, until after I became my nation's leader. I had to carefully guard reality, as anybody could have easily found out what I really believed, if they had simply read my writings and examined those people I associated with.

I'm glad they didn't. Then I became the most powerful man in the world. And the world learned the truth.

What you don't know about your President.

    Evidence shows, or the lack thereof that Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama, is not eligible for the presidency he now holds. Obama has gone to great lengths and spent millions of dollars to keep his past hidden. Why was his first executive order as president to have his records sealed from the public? ("Executive Order 13489, and entered into the Federal Register on January 26, 2009.") Is there something in these records he would rather you not see?

   Obama claims to have been born in Hawaii. If this is the case why will he not produce a valid birth certificate? So far the only one that has been produced is the short version. Obama's half sister who was born in Indonesia on August 15, 1970, also has a Hawaiian birth certificate. This adds credit to the speculation that Obama was actually born in Kenya which at that time was a subject of Britain. Our Constitution states "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States." Is this why Obama has blocked and or refused access to a certified copy of original birth certificate, as well as Punahou High School records, Occidental College records, Columbia College records, Columbia Thesis paper, Harvard College records, Selective Service Registration, medical records, Illinois State Senate records, Illinois State Senate schedule, Law practice client list, Harvard Law Review articles that were published, University of Chicago scholarly articles, exit and entry immigration records covering all of Obama’s travels out of the United States; passports; and record of baptism, if any?

   Did he accept the presidency under his real name? It has also been reported that Barrack Hussain Obama had his name changed to Barry Soetoro in Indonesia in 1966 or 1967. After his mother married Lolo Soetoro and moved to Indonesia. Lolo adopted Barrack therefore legally imparting his last name to him. There has been no record produced to show that his name was legally changed back to Barrack Hussain Obama after returning to America. Therefore he may still be a citizen of Indonesia and therefore not eligible for the presidency. His failure to produce these documents only suggests that they do not exist or there is something to hide from the American people.

    Although Obama claims to be a "Christian", evidence supports that Obama is a Muslim. Ask any Arab they will tell you he is a Muslim. The signs of this are visible to the Middle East. This is why he bowed to the Saudi king. This is why his wife did not accompany him to Saudi Arabia or Turkey. He being a Muslim and by Muslim law could not bring his wife into a country that accepts Sharia Law. Is it any wonder that he is friendly to the Muslim nations as he places Israel on the back burner. He did attend attend a supposed Christian church for 20 years, but the leader of that church constantly spewed racial hatred. So does it really count? Why can he not be honest with the American people and not hide what he truly is? He said we were to have a 'transparent' government. So far nothing has been transparent, just lots of misdirecting the American people so we hopefully will not notice what is really going on with Washington.

Could this be why Obama and the current leaders in Washington seem to be systematically destroying the US? Is he furthering the Muslim agenda, or is he just a puppet in a larger scheme? Who knows, time will tell, but if this information is correct, this is going to be a huge mess to straighten out once all the secrets come to light.

Paul Hollrah at Family Security Matters believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question:

What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi?

So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?

And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi, what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A : Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.

1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981.

Conclusion:

When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter,the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008.

The North American Union

    On August, 20th, 2007 George W. Bush secretly met with Mexican President Felipe Calderon, and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper. On this day George W. Bush attempted to sign away the sovereignty of the United States of America without the knowledge of congress nor the American people.

    To accept this action would be a very poor move on America's behalf. Without borders the drug cartels that run amuck slaughtering thousands in Mexico will have free rein to do the same in your neighborhood. Perhaps someone in Washington would like to see this happen. After all what reason could they have not to want to see our borders secured? Why wont they enforce the immigration laws that are already in place?

    Let's take another look at that last statement. "The SPP builds upon, but is separate from, our long-standing trade and economic relationships. It energizes other aspects of our cooperative relations, such as the protection of our environment, our food supply, and our public health" Protection of our environment: our borders are strewn with garbage from the immigrants pausing to take a break after they cross illegally. Most of our poisoned produce can be traced back to Mexico. Walk in any health department across America and try to find a patient that speaks English. So how can this benefit the American citizen? It won't.

     The illegal immigrants also hurt the immigrants that are here legally and are doing their best to have a better life and abide by our laws; who don't run drugs, rape and murder or take handouts from the American government. They also make them easy targets for racial hate crimes because America is in such a state of economic turmoil.

     There has also been talk of a North American Currency to be shared by the North American Union, it is called the Amero. Just as Europe went to the Euro. It appears that the powers that be are purposefully trying to destroy and devalue our currency. This gives credibility to the Amero. If they destroy our currency with massive bailouts, and the American people are broke, then the people will welcome this new money. This puts us one step closer to a one world order.

RFID CHIPS

     RFID tags were patented in 1973 but only recently has technology allowed them to be feasible. Some are as small as a grain of sand and can contain a wide variety of information. These tiny little chips act as a transponder by sending out a signal when prompted by a certain radio frequency. The frequency can be several feet away for the chips without their own battery and several hundred yards for the chips that contain their own power supply.

   Europe is reportedly already incorporating these tiny chips in their currency. This would be convenient for thieves with a radio receiver to see how much money a person has on them before they mug them. It has been said that American currency also contains RFID tags. Personally, I do not feel secure with just any one to be able to know how much cash I may be carrying.

    RFID tags are also contained in passports, credit cards, employee I.D. cards, and cattle. Meter readers also employ this technology. They can tell how much electricity you have used while in their truck several hundred yards away. Farmers use them in their livestock and can count a herd by simply pointing a receiver in the direction of the herd. Pets are also chipped to aid in recovery if lost. By having this chip underneath their skin, their risk of contracting cancer is greatly increased.

    In 2004 the FDA approved the veri-chip for being implanted in humans. Over 2000 people have already received the veri-chip and the Florida based company that created it had big plans to implant millions of Americans.     To sum it up, RFID chips can be beneficial when used in the right applications. However, they can also be very intrusive on our privacy and could also be a danger to our health. Congress has been pushing for every American to carry an I.D. card that is embedded with one of these chips. It will replace all forms of I.D., including drivers license, passport and medical. This will leave you more vulnerable than ever to identity theft, as well as other negative ramifications. These chips can be easily disabled by giving them a good whack with a hammer, but it is illegal to alter or destroy a passport.

The Real I.D. Act, could be a real problem.

   In 2005 congress unanimously passed The Real I.D. Act.   According to reports it was hidden among a must-pass appropriations bill to fund the Afghanistan war. It has never been debated on the US Senate floor. They've never talked about it in any committee. Most of them hadn't even read it! Yet they passed it unanimously, no questions asked. This card would replace your drivers license, passport, as well as various other forms of I.D. This act went into effect May 11, 2008. This is the date they planned to have this bill implemented at the tune of 23 billion dollars, but was rejected by 23 States. The new deadline for implementation is now December 31, 2009.

    The Real I.D. will also include a tiny RFID chip otherwise called "Radio Frequency Identification". Many institutions already use these RFID tags, such as parking permits, tracking commuters driving through toll booths, and by ranchers to track their livestock. The receiving antenna can be very far away and still read the information as well as give a location of the chip. So this is where the major complications could arise.

   All of your personal information would be contained in this chip. Information like your drivers license number, your social security number, weight, height, eye color, sex, race, donor status, birth date, address, and phone number.
You may think that's no big deal, but think about this. Would you want just anybody to be able to see your drivers license? Would you want some high-tech pervert with a receiver to get your wife or daughter's phone number and address simply by passing them on the expressway or in the mall?    Your financial information will likely also be on this card, and with Obama trying so hard to implement socialized medicare, your medical information will be on this card as well. So your banker will know about your erectile dysfunction or other personal matters.

    This is one act you don't want to take lying down America. Call or write your Senator today and tell them that "The Real I.D. poses a Real problem!"
